A fire safety audit is a detailed, systematic assessment of your premises’ compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. The audit helps identify any shortfalls or deficiencies in the risk assessments that have been carried out internally.
A fire strategy report is a technical document that sets out the fire safety design intent for a building. Before a new building, change of use or significant alteration to a premises is undertaken, the fire strategy must be completed.
